How To Put A Condom On A Soft Penis (Yes It’s Possible!)
We all know the experience too well. Things are getting hot and heavy, you’re so turned on by your partner and may even be rock hard already.
The time comes for intercourse and you grab for a condom. In those few moments your cock begins to go soft, making the condom seemingly impossible to get on, ruining the flow and maybe even leading to some embarrassment.
It’s SUUUUUPER common and nothing to be ashamed of and many penis owners as they age have a more difficult time getting and keeping it up.
I myself could get hard inside a condom but putting it on (especially with a new partner) was a stressful time for me and led to more than one experience of performance anxiety.
I thought to myself “There must be a way to get these things on a soft penis”
With a bit of experimentation and practice I found a simple way to put a condom on a soft penis every time without fail.
There’s also a second technique that your partner can use to put a condom on your soft penis using their mouth (which is sexy and feels great).

This Will Boost Your Confidence Massively
You’d be amazed at how much extra confidence this gives you in the bedroom.
I no longer have to be stressed about staying super hard in order to get a condom on.
I can put the condom on when I am hard, semi-hard or completely soft and then naturally allow myself to get an erection inside the condom.
Practice Makes Perfect
This technique isn’t extremely hard, but it also instead easy and it takes a little bit of practice to be able to do it well.
I was able to master it fairly well in about 15-20 minutes but it’s not something you want to be struggling with when you’re with a partner.
Spend some time by yourself practicing this technique.
Invest in some condoms and try this technique until you’ve mastered it.
To make it easier first try it on your penis when it’s hard, then try it when it’s semi erect and finally try it when you have no erection at all and your penis is completely flaccid.
Even with a slight erection this is significantly easier than with none at all, so if you only get semi-soft in your sexual encounter you should be able to get the condom on just fine.

How To Put A Condom On Your Soft Penis
Here’s exactly how to get a condom on your soft penis.
NOTE: This Is Easiest Done Lying On Your Back
While this can be done standing up I find that this method is much easier to achieve lying on your back.
Standing up your penis seems to want to go in all directions but lying on your back with your penis against your stomach makes the whole exercise more manageable.
It can even be a good idea to use gravity to help you by lifting up your pelvis so your penis falls down towards you and is less likely to move to the side.
1. First You Want To Unravel The Condom
Usually with an erect penis you put the condom on and unravel it on the penis. If you’ve ever tried this with a soft penis you’ll know that it just doesn’t work.
You’ll just end up smooshing your penis and the condom won’t get on it.
So first, take the condom out of the wrapper and completely unravel it all the way.
2. Put Some Spit/Lube On The Head Of Your Penis and/or In The Condom
One of the issues with putting a condom on your penis while it’s flaccid is that the head of your penis may end up in the wrong spot and can catch on the condom as you do get an erection (which doesn’t feel great).
To avoid this issue, plus to add more pleasure, put some spit or some lubricant on the head of your penis or on the inside of the condom.
This way when you do get erect inside the condom everything will slide into place easily.
3. Put 4 Fingers All The Way Inside The Condom and Spread It Apart
Put your 2 pointer fingers and 2 middle fingers inside the condom, working your way all the way to the head of the condom.
The condom should be all bunched up around the first knuckles of your fingers with the fingernails pointing in towards one another.
4. Take One of Your Middle Fingers Out
Now that you have your 4 fingers in place you want to take out one of your middle fingers, leaving 3 fingers inside the condom stretching it open.
This middle finger will be important for getting your penis inside the condom. You can use either hand but I personally use my right hand so will be referring to that for the upcoming steps.
5. Put Your Thumbs Onto The Condom and Place It On The Head Of Your Penis
Stretch open the condom with your 3 fingers and then place both your thumbs on the middle of the condom (on the outside) and press it up against the head of your penis.
Use your right middle finger to feed the head of your penis into the condom. You’re almost there!
NOTE: When you first try this you’ll likely end up with lots of air in the head of the condom. As you continue to practice focus on trying to remove all the air from the condom as you put it on.
6. Use Pointer Finger and Thumbs To Feed Your Penis Into The Condom
Now comes to trickiest bit and this is the part you’ll want to spend some time practicing by yourself before trying it with a partner.
Using your thumbs on the outside of the condom you want to grab your penis and pull it through.
Here you are pressing your thumbs together on the shaft of your penis in a pincer like grip and then pulling your penis away from your balls (or holding it in place) as you pull the condom down over your penis using your pointer fingers.
While you’re doing this you are simultaneously using your free middle finger to push your penis into the condom.
So, thumbs create a pincer grip to hold the penis in place and pull it away from the balls while free middle finger also pushes it away from the balls.
While doing this use the 3 fingers stretching the condom open and pull the condom down over your penis releasing the bunched up condom as it goes.
This won’t be in one fluid motion. It’s be bit by bit shuffling down as you feed your penis into the condom.
As I mentioned earlier, being even just a little bit erect makes this “feeding” process so much easier. But it can still be done with a completely flaccid penis, it’s just a bit more difficult.
7. One You Reach The Base Of Your Penis Pull Your Fingers Out
Once you’ve got the condom down to the base of your penis pull your fingers out and the condom should now be in place.
8. Have Some Fun With The Condom On
You have successfully put in the condom and you can now try to get erect inside the condom or just enjoy safe sex or oral sex with your soft penis.
If the condom is the right size it shouldn’t fall off and should stay in place.
Extra Tip: Practice Getting Hard In A Condom
An exercise I like to do to help me with any condom-related performance anxiety is to have a masturbation session where I practice putting the condom on my flaccid penis.
I’ll then touch myself and practice getting hard inside the condom and then staying hard and enjoying some self pleasure with the condom on.
I may even left myself get soft again and practice multiple times to build up experience and confidence getting and staying hard with condoms and just being confident using a condom even when I’m not completely hard.
You’ll be amazed at the confidence it gives you.

How To Put A Condom On Your Partner’s Soft Penis Using Your Mouth
This techique I need to credit to Joan Price and this article has images demonstrating how to do this technique.
This is a great way to make putting a condom on your partner be a super sexy experience but also a great way to fully take away any pressure from your partner needing to be fully erect.
If you want to use condoms during oral sex but your partner isn’t hard this is a great way to do it and if your partner has condom-related erection issues it can be an amazing way to help them get a condom on – but also overcome some of these issues.
Here’s how to put a condom on your partner’s soft penis:
1. Unroll The Condom A Tiny Bit
Open the condom and unravelled it just a small amount.
Unlike the last method you DO NOT want to unravel it completely.
Just enough to ensure you know which direction it unrolls and so you can fit the head of the penis into it a bit.
2. Place The Condom On The Head Of Your Partner’s Penis
Hold the condom loosely in your fingers and feed the head of your partners penis into the condom.
You don’t need to get the penis in much or the condom on a lot, you’re just getting the penis into place.
Use your fingers or your tongue to push in the tip of the condom to remove any excess air.
NOTE: I recommend adding spit/lube to the head of your partner’s penis as well as inside the condom to make this process easier but also to increase pleasure for your partner.
3. Place Your Mouth On The Condom and Use Your Fingers To Hold The Condom Into Place
Now place your mouth on the condom but still leave your fingers on the unravelled part of the condom to hold it into place.
4. Suck The Condom and Penis Into Your Mouth
Now use your mouth and suck, drawing the penis into your mouth as you do so.
At the same time you’ll want to use your fingers to being to unravel the condom over the penis.
5. Draw The Penis More and More Into Your Mouth As You Unravel The Condom
Bit by bit continue to suck the penis deeper into your mouth whilst unravelling the condom with your fingers at the same time until it fully covers your partner’s shaft.
6. Keep Going Until The Condom Is Fully Unravelled
Keep going until the condom is now completely on the shaft of your partner’s penis.
If you have the right sized condom it should stay in place and you can now continue to suck or play with your partner’s penis or allow them to play with it themselves.
