9 Things I Do Daily To Get Rock Hard Erections

There are nine things that I do daily to get and keep rock hard erections. Before I discovered and started doing these, I had a lot of erection problems, especially with new partners.
But now my erections are stronger than ever, and I’m so much more confident that I can get it up and keep it up when I need to.
The best thing is that these daily activities are so easy to do, and they build up stronger and healthier erections over time. So the more you do them, the better your erections are likely to be.
1. Pelvic Floor Exercises

I do pelvic floor exercises because your pelvic floor muscles are really important to pump blood into the penis during an erection and to keep it there.
So the stronger your pelvic floor muscles are, the better your erections are going to be, and also the more intense your orgasms can be. By strengthening my pelvic floor, I’m not only able to get really good erections, but I can actually have multiple orgasms without ejaculation as well.
To strengthen my pelvic floor muscles, I do Kegel exercises as well as reverse Kegel exercises. So I practice tightening my pelvic floor muscles, but also relaxing them, which is a really important part of getting and maintaining an erection.
I’ve done a full article on how you can do these exercises, and I try to do three reps per day.
2. Improve Your Cardiovascular Health

Anything that helps improve your cardiovascular health is also going to help your erections.
For that reason, I regularly work out, I spend 20 to 30 minutes in the sauna three to four times a week, and I eat a healthy diet containing mostly unprocessed foods.
Resistance exercise increases your cardiovascular health, but it’s also been shown to improve testosterone levels. So for that reason, much of my exercise involves lifting weights or doing things like rock climbing.
3. Leg Workout

I do some sort of leg workout, whether that be the adductor or doing some squats.
You know that device at the gym that’s almost exclusively used by girls where you spread your legs apart and bring them in together? Yeah, well, that’s actually been shown to improve blood flow in the area and improve your erections.
And if anyone at the gym asked me while I’m doing a girly workout, which has actually never happened, I would just straight up tell them, “Hey, this gives you stronger erections.” It’s 100% worth it.
4. Take L-Citrulline

Remember being younger and getting those accidental erections that you couldn’t get rid of? Well, since taking L-citrulline, I’ve noticed that happening to me. And this is something that hasn’t happened to me in years.
Of all of the supplements out there, L-citrulline has some of the best evidence for improving erectile dysfunction.
When you get an erection, your body creates nitric oxide, which helps relax the blood vessels so blood can flow into your penis. L-citrulline is a nitric oxide precursor, meaning your body uses L-citrulline to then create nitric oxide.
Multiple studies have shown that L-citrulline helps reduce cases of erectile dysfunction, and I personally take 1.5 to three grams per day. It’s also in a lot of pre-workout mixes with dosages up to about six grams.
L-citrulline is also found in watermelon, which is why people often recommend that you eat lots of watermelon in order to get better erections. But just make sure you talk to your doctor before you take any supplements.
L-citrulline isn’t the only supplement I take for healthier, harder erections. And for a full list of the supplements I take, check out my free ED toolkit. In that toolkit, I share 10 proven methods for healthier, harder erections, and some of the best supplements that you can take.
5. Drink Lots Of Water

I drink lots of water, because if you’re dehydrated, you have less blood volume in your body.
So drinking lots of water is important for optimum erections, and I drink about two to three liters of water per day, and I try to have a water bottle right nearby so that I can take sips throughout the day.
You don’t just want to scull lots of water right before sex, because then your bladder is going to fill up, and that can actually decrease your erections. But being hydrated overall is really important.
6. Sleep Well

I’ve also noticed that a lack of sleep has an impact on my erections, so I try and sleep well to get the best erections possible.
If I go on a date and I’ve had a few late nights before or haven’t slept well, I know that it’s going to be harder for me to get an erection. So before I have a date, I always try to get really good sleep the night before.
Sleeping well every night is obviously optimal, as it can reduce your stress levels and help with those better erections.
7. Daily Meditation

The seventh thing I do is something really important, and only something that I’ve started doing recently, even though I know I should have done it for years.
See, I was recently having sex with someone, and I noticed that my erection was beginning to wane. Usually this would create a lot of stress and worry in me, and then that would cause my erection to get even worse.
But in this situation, I was able to intentionally relax my body, clear my mind, and I brought my focus onto my partner and something very specific about her body that was turning me on at that time.
My erection stayed not as strong as it usually is, but it was hard enough to have sex, and we had a really great experience. And this was all because I practice meditation.
Daily meditation not only calms the mind and reduces the overall cortisol levels in your body and stress in your body, which helps with erections, but it also teaches you how to be calm and present in the moment and not be consumed with worrying thoughts, which is what can happen during performance anxiety.
So I personally find meditation really important for optimal erections.
8. Consume A Lot Of Protein

The eighth thing is something I’ve heard mentioned by quite a few different porn stars, and that is by consuming a lot of protein you can get and keep harder erections.
I was a vegetarian for eight years, and I noticed that I was no longer waking up with morning wood, which was pretty concerning for me.
And then once I started introducing high protein foods like meat, fish, and eggs, as well as taking protein powder throughout the day, I noticed that my morning wood came back, and it came back with a vengeance.
I also noticed my erections were stronger and easier to maintain, so I personally aim for about 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day spread out throughout the day. Sometimes even more because I’m trying to put on muscle.
9. Red Light Therapy

I do red light therapy, as it’s suggested that red light therapy is able to increase your testosterone levels, which can help with both libido and erections.
It sounds a bit woo woo, but there’s actually a lot of good science behind red light and near infrared light for things like skin rejuvenation, reduced wrinkles, cell energy, and testosterone levels as well.
To get the benefit, you need to ensure you get a good red light with the right wavelengths, and you need to be naked in front of it and specifically shine the red light on your testicle region.
Here’s a link to the brand that I use, but there’s a lot of good brands out there. And you can even get small travel ones that you can shine at your testicles if you just want to use it for increased testosterone and not for the rest of your body.
