My Supplements

Below are the list of supplements I’m currently taking to help boost my erections.

At the start of the year I was no longer waking up with morning wood and constantly suffering with erectile dysfunction both with regular partners and with new partners where we were having sex for the first time.

Through chances in my diet and lifestyle and through taking the below supplements I was able to regain my morning wood and I now get some of the hardest erections I’ve ever had in my life.

Not Medical Advice

This page outlines the supplements I personally take to help boost my erections and it is not to be considered medical advice and should not be treated as such. Speak to a doctor or registered healthcare professional before making any decisions regarding supplements and your health.

Now – onto the supplements.

L-Citrulline

Of all the supplements I take to boost my erections I personally feel that L-Citrulline has had the biggest benefit.

L-Citrulline is a precursor to Nitric Oxide – which our body creates to dilate our blood vessels and relax our smooth muscles when we get an erection.

By taking L-Citrulline it is thought this can boost nitric oxide production in the body and thus give you better erections.

One study of 24 men showed that 1 month of 1.5 g of L-Citrulline per day improved the erection hardness score in 50% of the men (compared to just 8.3% of placebo). This was in men suffering with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction.

Since taking L-Citrulline I have personally felt my erections are easier to get, harder when I get them and they stick around for longer.

L-Citrulline is well tolerated and found in many pre-workout mixes in dosages up to 6-8 g.

I personally take 3 g of L-Citrulline Malate per day or 6 mg before a big workout or before a night of sex.

Maca Root Powder (Libido Booster)

Some small studies have shown that Maca Root Powder is able to improve sexual dysfunction as well as improving sexual desire and libido. Studies used 1.5-3 grams per day.

Maca Root Powder tastes like absolute shit – it’s not pleasant at first though you do get somewhat used to it. I personally mix it in smoothies or protein shakes or if I don’t have anything to mix it with I just add it to water and hold my nose as I drink it. Foul stuff, but worth the sacrifice to give me a better sex drive.

It’s extremely cheap in powdered form but you can also get it in capsule form which is easier to consume, but often more expensive and generally comes with other additives like ashwagandha.

I personally take 3 grams per day

NMN/NR

Your cells are powdered by an energy source known as NAD+ and as you age your levels of NAD+ decrease dramatically – in middle age your levels are HALF that of your youth.

Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) or Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) are precursors to NAD+ and have both been shown to boost levels of NAD+ in the blood. They have also been shown (in rats) to reverse vascular dysfunction and oxidative stress with aging.

This is a supplement that has large anecdotal evidence when it comes to energy levels in older people – and more energy overall means more energy for exercise (boosting your cardiovascular health) as well as potential increases in libido and sexual function.

I am not aware of any studies directly looking at NMN or NR and erectile function. But the health benefits (especially in older people) means I’ve included this in my list.

I personally take 500-1,000mg once every 1-2 days.

There’s a lot of dodgy NMN and NR products on Amazon which is why I buy from the reputable brand Do Not Age

Zinc

Zinc is an important molecule when it comes to healthy erections.

Zinc has been shown to help maintain optimal testosterone levels which can help with preserving penile endothelial function, thus promoting erectile function and male sexual activity

According to Harvard the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for adults 19+ years is 11 mg a day for men and 8 mg for women.

I personally take 25 mg of zinc every 2-3 days

Magnesium

Magnesium is essential for metabolism of nitric oxide which helps in penile erection. Insufficient magnesium can lead to erectile dysfunction as well as lower testosterone production. So it’s a pretty important molecule for our erections.

A large % of the population is deficient in magnesium and for me personally I have experienced a lot of benefit with supplementing magnesium.

I personally take 300 mg of elemental magnesium per day

I like Do Not Age’s D3, K2 and Magnesium combined supplement:

But you can also just get magnesium by itself if you only want that.

Vitamin K2

I actually started taking Vitamin K2 as I heard it was good for long term bone health as it supports calcium absorption.

I also recently learned that Vitamin K2 is strongly associated with improved cardiovascular health (which improves bloodflow to the penis) as well as improved endothelial function (which can help your body release more nitric oxide).

The MK-7 variation is usually recommended.

I take 90 mcg of Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7) per day

Note: I have seen 120 mcg as the recommended daily dosage.

I like Do Not Age’s D3, K2 and Magnesium combined supplement:

But you can also just get K2 by itself if you only want that.

Brazil Nuts (Selenium)

While these should maybe technically be listed under “food” they are so high in selenium that I only need to take a small amount each day in order to get my daily dose.

Selenium is used by your body to create testosterone and Brazil nuts are very high in selenium

I personally eat 2-3 Brazil nuts per day

More Supplements For Erectile Dysfunction

While these are currently the supplements I am taking for erectile dysfunction there are actually A LOT of other supplements out there that are extremely effective and have helped many guys get harder, firmer erections more easily.

I don’t personally need them at the moment, but they may help you in achieving the erections you want.

I share the full details off all known ED supplements inside my course Healthy Erection Mastery.

Healthy Erection Mastery

Inside this course I teach you everything you need to know about regaining your wood and getting the healthiest and hardest erections possible.

At 34 I was no longer waking up with morning wood. Now at nearly 36 I’ve not only regained a raging morning boner but I am getting bigger, harder erections than I have in YEARS!

Sometimes I even feel like a teenager again.

In fact, just the other day one of my partners teased me simply but licking some chocolate in a sexual way. She didn’t even touch me at all and within a few seconds I had a RAGING BONER that was hard to get rid of.

I want you to be getting the best boners of your life and I honestly believe it’s possible. It worked for me and it can work for you too.

If you want to improve your erections then check out my course Healthy Erection Mastery.
